Business overview
It is a legal system to contribute to preventing industrial accidents and maintaining / promoting worker safety & health and securing fundamental safety by preparing/ submitting a hazard & risk prevention plan, and undergoing safety screening in advance, before installing, relocating, or modifying all construction, machinery, furniture, and facilities directly related to the production process.

· Non-submission, etc.: A fine of not more than 10millionwon
· Violation of construction stop order, etc.: imprisonment for not more than five years or a penalty of not more than 50 million won

A. The business owner of the workplace subject to the submission of the hazard&risk prevention plan
Q. How isitprepared?
A. . It must be prepared by a qualified person for creating hazard & risk prevention plansand with reference to the data provided on the public corporationwebsite
Submission period (15 days before the start of work)
- 15 days before the start of the main facility installation / constructionwork as the time to start the installation/relocation/change of construction machinery, furniture, facilities, etc.

· Two copies of the Hazard& Risk Prevention Plan

How to submit
· Submit to: supervisors in the regional headquarter of the public corporation having jurisdiction over the location of the workplace
· Payment of screeningfee: deposit the screening fee to the virtual account provided after submitting the plan
