A facility that samples and refines gas generated from organic waste landfills into fuel, etc. in boilers and power plants (as resources)

Regulated that in the case of treatment of organic wastes, treatment facilities such as incineration of landfill gas shall be installed or utilization facilities such as power generation/ fuel productiontreatmentfacilities shall be installed (Article 20 of the Enforcement Rule, Article 30 of the Waste Management Act).
